Announcement of appointment of New President and Chief Executive Officer for Musasino Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Musasino Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jimmy Lim
as the company’s next president and chief executive officer, to succeed Naoki Sugiyama,
