The X-Radar is an all-in-one unit that integrates a primary/secondary level gauge, temperature sensors (Main: 3 points / Sub: 3 or 5 points), pressure sensors (Main/Sub), and independent alarms into a single housing.All the instruments required for fuel measurement are mounted on a single ANSI 150LB flange, dramatically reducing the workload involved in outfitting.
The main unit is designed for easy replacement, allowing all sensors to be maintained, replaced, or adjusted on deck without opening the tank. Alarm checks can also be easily performed via a touch panel interface, minimizing downtime and service-related delays.Thanks to a proprietary self-calibration function, high-accuracy measurements can be maintained continuously over many years. The system incorporates expertise gained from the first LNG bunkering vessel in Japan, where the technology was originally developed as part of a Custody Transfer System (CTS).
